Aims and objectives: To compare the intra-operative findings in cases of intestinal obstruction to radiological correlate percentage where finding matched did not match. help with management occult cases, which intraoperative correlate. find causes for obstruction, such as hidden malignancies, ischemic pathology obstruction. assess cause using USG, CT intra operative findings. Materials methods: Design study: This is a hospital based case study patients attending OPD or admitted surgery ward Krishna Institute Medical Science, Karad. Study Duration: 18 months December 2019 - June 2021. Sampling size technique: comprises 50 selected randomised sampling.
